Delivery Policy


Most orders for blank custom wound cassettes made to order will be despatched within 2-3 working days with many small orders sent out the same or next day from receipt of order. Most orders for stocked items such as Branded cassette would be despatched within 1 working day from receipt of order. Duplication, recording, mastering and printing orders can take up to 3 weeks to complete, however many straight forward duplication runs can be done in half that time.


Small order and packages under 2kg are usually despatched by the Royal Mail. UK parcels can take 3-4 days to arrive (except very small packages, sheets of labels for example, which can be 1st class post and typically 1 day delivery)
Sometimes we may use an alternative to the Royal Mail, maybe MyHermes where a late drop off is possible or the package size exceeds the post office dimensions.
Europe would be by airmail and take approx 3-7 days to arrive. Worldwide would be airmail and approx 7 days to arrive.
Larger orders above 2kg in the UK are sent out by a courier, most often used and most likely courier is Parcelforce, although certain postcodes and some package sizes may be sent by a different carrier. This is a next working day service but not 100% guaranteed but on average 95% are Next Day.
Larger orders over 2kg in Europe are usually despatched by DHL couriers and can take 2-5 days to arrive depending on which country and location you are based. Many popular destinations are nearer to the 2 day delivery timescale.
Worldwide deliveries for larger parcels above 2kg can vary greatly depending on your exact location and can take anything from 2 days to 2 weeks to arrive, again we normally use DHL but for some locations we may use a more suitable courier. USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan are regular areas we send parcels without any delays but for any lesser known places it maybe worth checking with us first about the delivery details.
Please note: when you order from us and provide a delivery address could you please make sure that it is accessible and somebody is there during the daytime for the delivery. If not can we have an alternative address or a safe place where the parcel can be left. Also we need a telephone number at the delivery address please. Not all couriers leave a card to say an attempt has been made to deliver and we get 'failed' delivery charges as well as a charge to return the package to us. Thank you
